Re: Please Help Me

Check the cruise control module. Pin 6 and pin 10 are grounds. The ground wires run over to the fender to a small bolt. If these grounds are not good, the cruise and horn will not work. Funny I inow, but Ford runs the horn ground through the cruise control module.

Re: Please Help Me

They also use the same fuse. Check your fuses.

Re: Please Help Me

On the inside of the driver side fender, there are a few wires bolted to it, one of those wires is the ground for the horn, check your connection there.

Re: Please Help Me

Is your air bag light on? Under the wheel is a clock spring or sliding air bag contact. If it is faulty the horn and cruise will not work. The wiring for them goes through the clock spring.

Re: Please Help Me

It is possible, but if the light is not on you may have wiring issues.
