Hello Z3-ers
I am in the market for a used convertible and am interested in the Z3. I am looking to see if there are any certain year models/engines I should shy away from. I'm looking to spend around $15K, so I'm sticking with 2000-2002 year models, (manual transmission only).
I had a '99 3-series and miss the straight shifting fun to drive Bimmer, so I'm hoping to revive the experience through a convertible. Any thoughts? Thanks in advance, Jim

I found my 98 M roadster on www.autotrader.com, I don't think you'll have much luck finding a good one in that price range, but good luck. The one I found was 70 miles north of me, and was about $18,500 last August, I have since spent over $3,000.00 on repairs, and restoration.
