Re: Your opinion...?

Its funny. You ask for an opinion, but than tell people dont tell you what you dont want to hear. In my opinion ( And I know that this is going to start an argument) leave the car the way it is. I mean if you want to do some cosmetic things to it thats cool. But if your talking about performance, leave it alone! First off we forget that to attain alot of horsepower requires alot of money! Unless your independantly wealthy. My biggest hang up is that with a cavalier your trying to do something to a car that the car in the first place wasnt designed to do. In my opinion a cavalier is to get from point A to point B kind of car, to get to work, shopping, etc. Dont get me wrong its a nice looking car! I have a 94 RS with a 160,000 miles on it and trust me I treat this car better than my ex wife. Its just that I am a bit older and a bit wiser when it comes to doing things of a performance nature to a car. My first project was a 1970 chevy vega with a 350 4bbl... And it was mucho money, and the car never was what I projected it to be. Anyway talk to alot of people about cars who know and really understand about cars before you make any big time investments. Again You have a nice looking car! Leave it alone!

Re: Your opinion...?

I'm going to have to agree. Unless you plan on keeping it for 5 years or more, I wouldn't do much else to it. Dont get bigger wheels because your ride quality is going to be horrible. It looks like you have a good size wheel. Overall, it seems to be pretty nice looking.
