Did I Fart?? I Smell Gas......

I have recently been smelling a propane smell coming from my car recently. It is mostly noticable after I turn the engine off, but now it is noticable while I am driving. Any thoughts?

check to see if your fuel line is connected right or if the clamps need to be tighter.

Tank may have developed a small hole. It's happened to my winter beater...I can smell gas constantly but i don't want to spend the money to fix it. I figured it out after a few weeks of it sitting and I filled it all the way full...leaked for 1/4 of a tank, then just smelled.

A Hole in my Gas Tank!!! That can't be good. I was thinking more on the lines of a fuel line problem. I do have some bad rust in my engine bay, so I wouldn't be surprized if some part

cont. part of my exhaust piping is rusting out and developed a leak, I wouldn't be surprized. I actually have a catback with a 4" muffler I was planning on installing but not so soon. Guess that will have to change.

I was gonna say, sometimes when the catalytic converter goes bad it makes a pretty rank smell.

Is there a write up I can look at of the whole exhaust system from turbo to muffler? I have a long pipe and a larger muffler i got and I am clueless on if it will fit without any modifications. A write up with some Pics of my exhaust system would be very helpfull.
