2005 window eching mystery

Have gone through the manual , did searches , ect. but can't find any answer to this .. The left rear window on our 2005 Sonata has an eching of some sort on the inside of the glass as you can see from the pictures . The eching only appears if there is fog on inside of glass , to show it I "hoffed" on it to make it appear .. It is a picture of like a stork standing next to a pond ( stork is on right side next to the word Korea ) the rest looks to me like grass on edge of pond and the middle is like an over sized lilypad ....
There is no sticky substance on the glass .. I have tried to clean the glass with no luck ... To the touch the glass is nice and smooth and I can't feel anything that would susgest someone used a engraver on it ...... The left rear window is the only window that has this on it .....
Does anyone have any idea what this is ?

Pic that has eching :

Side view with no fog on window :

It may be only a coincidence.. but on my Sonata, that exact spot is covered by a 'smog index' sticker that neither I nor any of the previous owners have bothered to take off. Perhaps somebody used some chemical to get the sticker/adhesive off that damaged the glass?

That is my impression too , but as I stated ,the glass is nice and smooth... Looking at your pics of your Sonata it seems its exactly in the same place too . Looking closely I can see barely the edge of what appears to be a rectangle also ,as though is was indeed a sticker of some sort ......
