Need help with motor mount

Can someone please tell me how I can the rubber insert out the front motor mount bracket on a '95 2.3 Liter.

Jack the motor up, It should slide out.

I actuallly got it all taken care of about an hour after I posted that question. I got the mount itself out but I couldn't get the insert out. Thanks for the reply though.
