Suspension

Well, the next thing I am going to do on mine is the suspension because both of my front springs are broke. I am going to do bushings, springs, shocks, and new front end parts.

Anyone got any nifty ideas before I go and start buying stuff.

Not sure what brand I want to go with yet either for the springs and shocks.

Re: Suspension

air ride suspension. Read a chevy high performance article about it. Im pretty sure they have kits for first gens. I think that would be awsome. They did track tests with it and even with the heavy cars that they tested with it did very well.

Re: Suspension

It's already modified.

C4 swap would be nice... I don't know much abotu early suspensions, it's leaf spring right? Can't say I'm too knowledgeable at all about leaf spring setups...

self lubricating poly-graphite bushings is the way to go.
