Heater problems/A/C problems

I am getting nothing but heat...and I mean HOT, out of my heat controls...hot heat comes out of the outside vent control, out of my A/C controls...everything....even when I have the heat turned way down to like 60...it's really hot. I have a '96 Vic...and all digital controls....any ideas?

Yup, that's exactly what it was......something called "Mode door actuator" Just got it back from shop last night.....400.00 labor, and about 100.00 for the part.
