Lighter Problems
 I replaced the center console for my 2000 Cougar to a 2002 console. Stupid me  did not like the lighter that was in the replacement. It was corroded and nasty. I took out the lighter assembly from the 00's,and it kind of fell to pieces  . I also took out the 02's assembly and did not pay attention, I tried to put it back together, but I must have done it wrong. Every fuse that I put in blows right away {and yes I am using a 15amp} Not real happy about that!I need help as to how it goes back together pic's would be a nice DIY how to. Now I can't charge my phone, pda, or just use the lighter. Not to sound like a whinnier but please please please Help me out. Thank you Bruce C.

I have all of the parts, and nothing if broken. I just need to know how the assembly goes correctly back together. I am 2 cheap the get another assembly, not if I can get the one I have right. But if it comes down to it I may have to if I want my new Nav. system to work.
