I need some info for my F-150

I just got a 1983 F-150 4x4 with an extra inline six.
It has 153,285 miles on it and the head gasket is blown. The haed gasket i'll replace the motor runs real good as is. The second motor i want to upgrade for more power. Can you tell me if any one make upgrade parts for Fords's inline six Please? Thank you in advance.

I took the inline 6 out my 83 f-100 and put a 302 in mine and beefed it up a little bit. Gave me more power and better towing without sacrificing gas mileage. Pulled mounting brackets off an 302 ford truck and went through summit catalog for exhaust. Easy switch I definitley recommend it if you can get ahold of decent 302.

Thanks but i'll stay with the 300 six. Their easier to work on and I've had no problems with them.
