Re: Minidreams Serria tuner You asked for it LOL!

Hi David...

thanks for posting the mighty SIERRA. Nice redo on a built model, tastefully done! I like the rims, definitely better than the original ones

BTW...it should be the Tamiya Ford Sierra XR4i, I think Fujimi never did one and the hood on the Tamiya Sierra RS500 is molded (w/o engine detail) as well, if I recall right.

Thumbs up on this one!

Seen one of these today. They look as odd in 1:1 as yours does. I love that color man. Keep up the great work David!

Cool stuff!! We should see more of those older Euro-tuners.

Looks great! My friend have a Sierra with my Skyline rims. They aren't small on that car.

Re: Minidreams Serria tuner You asked for it LOL!

That is one nice looking XR4i, I've got one of those in my to-do pile. The version I will be making is a bit of a mix-n-match between two cars, the XR4i and the Eggenberger car. I'm going to use the bodyshell and the suspension from the "Egg" car and the rest of the car will be from the XR4i. The XR4i has a fully detailed 2.9 V6 engine that is a jewel in itself but still has plenty of scope for extra detailing. The best thing about the XR4i kit is that it has got 2 dashboards, 1 Lhd and 1 Rhd, I will be using the Rhd after I take a mold off it as I'll still need a dashboard for when I decide what to do with the XR4i, I might stick a V8 in it and use it as a drag racer, haven't decided on that yet, it's going to be one of those projects that will get started, only I haven't got a clue when , there's so many kits in my stockpile to build I'll probably be in an old folks home long before I get to build them all . Keep posting more of your builds, they are stunning to say the least.
