Question SLIP Yoke

My Truck (2003 Silverado 1500 Z-71 EXT.CAB SHORT BED LT)(Automatic Transmission and Automatic 4WD) I've been told that I have to change the SLIP Yoke (Or something look like a massive chain?) because of the clunking when taking off and shifting

Anyone has the part # of the SLIP Yoke

I don't have the part number, but the part you are talking about is the end of the drive shaft that connects to the transmission.
