Rough Idle When Sitting Still

Everytime I come to a stop, the car acts like it wants to die. The idle ranges between 600RPM ro 300RPM. The lights dim out. My normal RPM range at 70 is 2300-2400 RPM, but here lately it's been between 3000-34000RPM. Also the trac off light comes on when i'm going down the road and when it does, the car sputters a little and the lights dim. But when it goes off, it quits sputtering. I've replaced the O2 Sensor,Plugs and Plug wires and everything was fine for a couple days, but the problems have come back even worse. Can anyone help me??

Mines a 94 doin the same exact thing. After about a month of putting up with it I'm taking to get it looked at & scanned. Personally, I'm betting on either the fuel pump or ECM. None of which I can afford right now.
