Problem relieving fuel pressure
Ok, so to remove Mikes engine we need to relieve the fuel pressure. The Haynes manual says to unplug the fuel pump and let it run until its out. Well, his car doesnt start. So what now, do we just disconnect the fuel lines and hope to god we dont blow something up? Thanks guys.

Re: Problem relieving fuel pressure
open the gas cap to releave tank pressure then losen the bolt on the top of the fuel filter untill gas starts coming out(make sure to have a rag right there) and that will bleed off the pressure without anything spraying
EDIT: any word on the injectors?

Re: Problem relieving fuel pressure
There's not much fuel in there and it smells pretty good. Just try to soak most of it up with a paper towel.
