EVEP Canisters

Hey, does anyone know how to obtain a new purge control valve for an EVAP Canister? It's the little diaphram that's under the snap on lid. I picked up three at a local U-Pull-it today, along with a canister, but these things go bad pretty easily with the gas that hits them.

One thing I noticed: If that little diaphram goes bad, your car may idle rough, if it's parked with the front pointing down hill. I'm not sure yet what else it may effect.

As it is, with the cars I seen in the yard, about half of them had bad valves, but I went through and checked them all and snagged a few. I found one so bad, it was like melted chewing gum, on the sidewalk. LOL If those coneheads who manufactured them, used the same rubber as what is used in the FPR, there would be less chance of failure. After all, it is a diaphram with a spring and it comes in (less) contact with gasoline.
