N. Cali Meet

alrighty...went to other forums and found out that they are having a bbq and meeting with peeps. I spoke to the main guy holding this and he said its kewl...the more the better...just bring food I know this is a last minute thing for some of you...but it was for me also...i just joined the other forum yesterday...hehe... here is the thread....all info is there....just make sure you post on to the honda-acura.net forum on what you are bringing or who is coming...not this one...ill be there...c ya!!!

We've thought about getting one together before, but there wasn't a central place that we could agree on up here...most of us are either out near the bay, or here near the valley. Another thing is that our So Cal AF peeps outnumber us by a whole lot, and I don't know how many people we have up here. I'd be down for organizing something, but there aren't really any cool events that we could meet at. I went to HIN in San Mateo this year, and it was cool and all....but we don't get very many events going on in the area. I can think of a few people I know would be down for getting together, but I'm not sure how many. If we could agree on a pretty much central meeting spot, and figure out someplace to go or whatever, I think it could be hella cool.

If you are at all considering the meet next month in LA, there are a few of us from Nor Cal driving down for that, and we could meet up with you if you want to caravan/ride along. Just another option in getting the chance to meet everyone and check out everyone's cars, and it's gonna be sweet. If you're interesting in meeting up or anything with us, you can get me on AIM or PM me, and I'll let ya know what's up for those of us up here that are planning on taking the drive down.

damn...that sux...i really thought there was A LOT more enthusiasts up here...geeez...central location huh...since i live roughly an hour from you guys/gals...wouldnt it be Vacaville? Dont know about anyone else since there arent any replies...isnt there a mini golf thing around there?? right off the 80 or something?

Yeah!! I know exactly what you're talking about, the Scandia out there ROCKS! lol I love the go kart track they have there, sometimes we'll drive out there to Vacaville just to go to the go karts, lol But you're right, it's the one that you can see right off of 80.
