APEXi for my '90?

i've stumbled across a 1st gen APEXi AFC on ebay, and am wondering if this is something i could use with my 5th gen ST.

yes you can but theres no point unless u have some kind of Fi , you wont gain anything from it, and dont pay more then $50 for it, just buy an safc instead of an afc, and itll work alot better
