mount coming through the floor

hi there,
ive got a 1972 2 dr nova, its kinda falling apart, but i love i none the less, anyway, besides more rust than real steel, the car has one real bad thing, theres a mount coming though the trunk floor, i think its the rear leaf spring mount, and it popped though a rust hole in the right side of the trunk. the car isnt driving, but it sits kinda lopsided. i have driven it lately, and the drivability isnt great, but it still works. my question is, what do i need to do to replace it, i know i need a new trunk floor, but what suspension parts should i be looking for?.

any info would be greatly appreciated.

thanks.

Re: mount coming through the floor

If it is the spring mount then you will need new frame rails. On the Nova the rear is unibody, which means the frame rails are formed and welded to the floor/trunk pan as part of the body. Look around under the car to see what else is rusted beyond usability. Ironically most of the suspension, including the springs, may still be good. This is a major project which will be costly to fix properly.
