1999 Keyless Entry

Does anyone know how to tell if your car has has keyless entry factory installed or otherwise. I have a used 1999 toyota camry le and there is a little thing next to the steering wheel on the left side that lights red when I start the car. when I purchased the car I noticed it but didn't think nothing of it to ask the place I brought it from. Do I need to take it to a toyota dealer or is there a way to check myself.

call toyota and give them your vin number. they should be able to tell you.
