Abs
Hi, I tried to search for ABS in the forums, but I got nothing back, so I figured I just post this.
I was checking out a 91 MR2 Turbo 5 speed, and it said that the ABS sensors were bad on the car. I don’t like ABS; I plan on taking that system out, if I do buy an MR2 with it. Can I just take out the sensors and not have ABS anymore? Or would I have to take out more than that? |

Re: Abs
You can simply unplug the ABS.

Re: Abs
hey jeff... what do you unplug?
i just had to make mine work to get it re-registered (rego ran out while the engine was out). to make it work i had to replace a wheel speed sensor and the warning light in the dash but i think the actuator might be sticking so i'd rather not have it. figure i'll unplug it til i have some spare cash to make it work properly. would pulling the ABS fuse do the job?
