88' Acura Legend that won't start.

My 88 legend won't start. I put new a battery and the car ran for about a week then it stop, but all the lights are still powered. Can anybody tell me what's wrong with it?

YOU CAN TRY TO CHECK THE TIMING BELT OR IGNITION SYSTEM.
