97 wipers won't go.
They just make a whirring noise, will not go. Could it be the motor? Where is the motor? The blades are fine, replaced them recently. The last time I used them was on a snowy morning, they were froze to the windshield when I turned the on. The arms look fine. Thank you for any insight.
