How much does it cost to paint rims black?

I have a set on 17" rims on my 98 civic. Is there anyone knows how much does it cost to get them painted in ny? also i have a set of h&r springs would also want to know how much it would cost get them installed?

Springs are easy to install if you have the tools and all to do them..If not shouldnt be much to find a shop to do it..

As for painting rims i would prefer powder coating them which where im at i can get as low as $40-70 dollars a rim to do it..

Try finding someone powdercoats if not then go to a local body shop and see what they would charge to paint them...Just dont use can paint on them thats worst mistake ever..
