if cooling fans have quit, read this.
If your fans have quit because they keep running after you shut off the car this is a cheaper fix than the dealer. They wanted 195 + 130 for the motors. Before you do this make sure you buy the best thermostat the auto store has and replace it. This will cure your problem with the temp guage not working and the fans running after you shut the car off.
If anyone has a better deal please let me know. 674-00679 Dual Fan Assembly, 3.4L Please see attached picture. New in box $125.00 Shipping included Lifetime Warranty Thanks, Michael Miller Route 65 Auto, Inc. New Castle, Pennsylvania Toll Free 1-866-370-6500 |

Is the dual fan assembly the same for the 3.8L motor?

You need to put the new t-stat in as soon as the problem starts. It doesnt take long to burn the bearing up in the fan motor if you let them keep running constant.( I know from experiance)
