Re: Motor Buildup Tally sheet

For the ammount of hard line that is actually included. I Don't feel the need to shop around.

This is a custom made Intake.
Everything is Brand Spanking new, and coated.
I've talked too this guy in extensive conversations. I feel I am not getting ripped off in the slightest.
As 450WHP and very reliable.
I've talked to one or 2 others who've had him build their motors. Daily 400HP drivers and have had them for 4years. with over 70000miles on them.

Re: Motor Buildup Tally sheet

1g for hardliones is rediculus. There is no way around that.
Hard lines are nothing to do with reliability. Coated? At in powdercoated?

It only costs around $25 to make a set :P

and yes thos prices are high. Whos building the motor, Marco? If so good luck, lol.

Re: Motor Buildup Tally sheet

For what I am getting and what it is going to be put through I feel it's the best deal out there.

As it's a stage 2 Turbo motor build.

you have an issue with it being called a stage 2 turbo motor? If you do, tell someone who cares. I don't.

Re: Motor Buildup Tally sheet

Im telling you that those prices are bunk dude. This is what i do (well did) for a living.
As far as stages, well there are no stages of motor builds. Some of them are ok otheres are just stupidly priced. Perticularly the piping.

Re: Motor Buildup Tally sheet

hardlines- $300 at the most
manifold- $500 at the most
wastegate and bov- to high of a price IMO (all depends on what parts you are useing)

What are the specific bits you are going to be using on this motor. And 12k is WAY to much for a motor. With 12k i can get you making well over 700whp out of a 13b :P
