Need help with this

Here is my problem
1 . The handle that controls the heat/ac fan swings freely - I cannot control the fan or the speeds - it does'nt blow at all - the other handles seem to be ok -

the switches are reall cheap, you can take it apart and replace it or take the panel out so you can get to the switch and them push it back together and use a zip tie to hold it together
