New pics of my 91 Si

I think I posted up like 2 of these pics awhile ago, but you have to deal.

sorry these interior pictures kinda suck, and the interior is dirty here, these pics are from the PREVIOUS owner, i keep the car much cleaner now.

This is my current on-going project for the car, the moldings and bumper are pretty much mint, the one door molding needs some attention but it will look good when im down with it. I plan to color match the bumpers to the car, using exact OEM color paint, and use honda molding paint for the bumper moldings and door moldings, and I'll be adding the red stripe for that "jdm" look. I have 2 89 front bumpers to choose from, but need some work I just have to decide which one I want to use, I'll get pics of it when I decide. I also plan to add clean corners and get clear bumper lights which I will be putting amber bulbs into to keep it legal.

Pics taken inside the main shop at UTI 2 days ago.

heres the rust not that bad really

trunk lid in great shape and si rear speakers trays still there!

yeah i know the silver shit is gay, i didnt do it. i have another si cluster with 3k more miles on it that is not painted or anything.

driver seat is almost mint, sorry i forgot to click a shot of passenger seat, but its in even better condition then the driver so dont worry!

excuse the dirty floor mats but hey they are stock!, I stepped in mud before I pulled my car into the shop today and didnt realize =(

Re: New pics of my 91 Si

My plans for it? Get rid of it. Im tired of 4th gens, after owning a 90 crx hf, 89 civic si, 90 civic si, 90 crx si, and now my 91 civic si, im tired of them. Im looking to get into a DA teg or eh coupe or hatch.

I traded my ugly ass b16 swapped camo crx for it with no exhaust and some headgasket issues. I wish I would have kept the wheels off of it, even though I do love my meshies.

Dustin, if I dont get rid of it by the time out done with school I might keep it and swap in a B, but I dunno yet.

Re: New pics of my 91 Si

Nice clean car. That rust is nothing... seriously, nothing. You could sand that off in like 5 min. and you'd never even know it was there. I wish I took pics of the rust my car had... If I had cash I'd probably make you an offer. One question, how did you get the A/F gauge to work without throwing a code on your one wire 02 sensor? Mine always threw a code so now it's gone. Oh, and Hybrid's rockin' the system... heehee...

Re: New pics of my 91 Si

The rust is alittle worse than it looks in the pics but its not bad by far, still the most rust i've ever had on a honda .

For the o2 wire I have it wired in with a spice, so it still retains the stock single o2 wire with the wire for the o2 sensor tapped in, ill get a pic of it for you, its pretty simple.

And yes Im rocking the bump in the trunk. I had this sub and amp set up laying around for the past 2 years and never really cared for it in my faster cars (my b16 crx didnt even have a radio for the first 5 months I owned it), but I figured since this car was already slow and it makes the girlies moist in the southern regions that I might as well have some fun with it. Plus I've never had a sub in one of my own cars. I've come to the conclution that Vanilla Ice "Ninja Rap" hits the hardest and still sounds very clear.

Re: New pics of my 91 Si

^ I dont think Siz would ever get rid of his baby lol ^

Anyways your car looks great.Ever since I moved out to AZ from Chicago, I've seen quite a few RUSTLESS crx/civics out here. I've actually seen them in mint condition and some with the paint faded away cause of heat.
