Starting Problem

My van refuses to start. I have checked the battery....shows a full charge. When you turn the key, you get nothing at all. Lights still work, audible alarms, etc.

Any ideas? It's a 99 3.8

Starter?....is power getting to the starter?...connection.....try shifting into neutral and starting. (neutral safety switch).....AKA Transmission Range Sensor,
