Nissan Skyline R34 & NUR

i was at http://www.supercars.net/cars/1999@$...34%20GT-R.html and i was wondering something...

as you know...the R34 uses the RB26DETT while the NUR uses the N1
are these engines turbocharged or not?

b/c i thought that most nissan sport cars were turbocharged...

The N1 is just the racing platform. If you buy an R34 N1 you get a GTR with no AC, Audio, PL ect ect.

I think the RB in the N1s uses ceramic turbines. There are a few other differences but I'm not sure what they are.

The n1 is a whole engine package. There is a different block, water pump, oil pump and turbines that I know of.
