Help me out?

I have an 00' I4 2.0l Tib that has a cracked exhaust manifold. So I was figuring that this would be a good time to put a header on. But, my question is that my car has two O2 sensors one up by the exhaust manifold and first catalytic converter, then the other down by the front pipe. So if I put on the header there would be no spot for the first O2 sensor, is that ok? Do I need both?

you can easily go to an exhaust shop, and ask them to weld on another O2 bung for your o2 sensor...
you want both so you dont throw a CEL

before you get the header, search on google or something for tiburon manifold recall.

you can get a free exhaust manifold under a recall that applied to pretty much all betaI engines.

I know about that recall problem is they wouldn't cover me because some dope replaced the stock exhaust system...before I bought the car! :-/

The sensor before the cat (upper) is important. It monitors the A/F mix so the ECU can make adjustments in the mix. The one behind the cat is for emissions, some just let it hang in the engine bay.
