Driver side mirror replacement....

Well, my driver side mirror got smashed... mirror, cover and all... so I got the new one coming, just wondering how I should go about taking the old one off so I don't mess things up.. Looks like the inside speaker needs to come off first.. but how?.. I'm not too good at figuring these modern interiors out.. it usually ends up with things broken and more parts required. If anyone has any info, please share.. It would sure help.. thanks!

Re: Driver side mirror replacement....

Here is a procedure that should get you in the right direction with pics. Be careful when pulling on the sail part of the panel with the tweeter or it may break off. Good luck!
