This is not going to be a long message, I was just curious I'm a big fan of the project known to the world as LILGTR. Well about 2 years ago I lost my internet connection and my computer which had a nice tribute to the car on my harddrive. My question is does anyone have this tribute/Short vid on the car that they could send me, I'm haveing a terrible time finding this and I don't even remeber where I got it from. Could anyone help please?

Also a note to the three idiots in one of the other forums talking about the car, The accident was from a shitty U-haul trailer and it did NOT drift out of control the car was on a trailer when this happened.

It's a short avi video on the car itself, Shows it being built, then at the show (Hot Import Nights) and at the end it shows the car all wrecked and in the background they have Oasis (wonderwall) playing in the background. I take it by the "huh" you don't know what LILGTR is and I'm starting to think I'm the only one who has seen this cuz I can't find it anymore anywhere.

It has been exactly 28 hours since the death of LILGTR as I begin typing this. Life won't quite be the same. Anyway, let me recap the weekend's events:
The trip to Chicago was an interesting one and it seemed to have been plagued from the beginning. It took me 3 hours to get the damned trailer from the U-Haul joint because they are gay. Once we were on the road we made great time…until we hit the Friday afternoon Chicago rush hour traffic that is. Oh well. We finally made it to the venue location in Chicago and got LILGTR into the building and shined up and ready for show. My hats off to my love, Holli, for her great work in getting the car looking show quality. We had a little mishap with the piece of shit trailer that we got from U-Haul that put a crack in the finish of LILGTR. I was extremely pissed about this since not only was it the first blemish in the new finish, but it happened at such a bad time.

About 10 minutes after we got there, I was approached by the guys from Valvoline. They wanted to know if I wouldn't mind putting my car in their booth for the show. Since I didn't have any other plans and I didn't want my car sitting in the dark if I could help it, I agreed. The booth was well lit and right in the front center of the building. I was in the same booth as a nice single-turbo R34 Skyline.

The show went really well and I got a lot of questions and complements on the car. A few followers of LILGTR from IGN magazine also made it to the show and were pleased to finally see the car they had been reading about. It was really cool to see just how many people could appreciate a GTR engine swapped into an S14. LILGTR ended up coming away from HIN with a trophy for Best of Nissan/Infinity, beating out that very nice R34 as well as a few very nice Altimas and another S14. I've got about 150 pictures or so from the show that I will get posted up soon. I've got to sort through them and find my digital camera CF cards and things kinda got thrown all around in my truck.

On the way back from the show, the worst possible thing happened. We were about 20 miles from home when the trailer on the truck started swaying back and forth. Nothing too out of the ordinary as it had been doing this for quite some time off and on all the way back from Chicago. This time, I guess I either had the trailer too close to the edge of the road or the shoulder on the road was a little narrow. Either way, the tires on the left side of the trailer hit the gravel and pulled the rest of the trailer into the ditch. This wouldn't have been a problem had there not been a guard rail there that the trailer clipped head on pulling my truck into it and sending LILGTR flying. When I finally stopped the truck going completely opposite traffic (good this there was none at 4:21 in the morning) and the car was no longer on the trailer. It was pitch black outside but I got out and walked around a little bit. There were lots of ruts in the road from my truck and the trailer. I walked even farther down the ditch and I finally found my car. It was laying upside-down in a mangled heap of metal. It was a total loss.

Special thanks to Holli Plog, Chuck Burton, Nate VanLannen, Ty Rodriguez and others for their help and support in this time of loss. I have to work things through with the insurance company but we will be back and stronger than ever soon. I don't know exactly what the next car will be but it will be bigger and badder than before...guaranteed.

The worst has happened. On the way back from Chicago and HIN, we lost control of the trailer and LILGTR took a tumble. Everyone have a moment of silence for this fallen legend. I will talk more about the show and the accident later.
