bodywork and tranny question

I replaced my front bumper and fender since the fender has a big dent and the bumper is ripped. When i went to a junkyard i found a bumper and a fender but they were silver and theres a little damage on the fender. How much do you guys think i should pay for a body work because i dont want to get ripped off. My car is black and is there a blend or whatsoever? BTW, is that fender damage fixable?

Also to avoid starting a new thread, ive got a transmission leak i believe and I don't know where its coming from. From the pictures i took you can see the my bottom is wet. I went under the car but the leak seems to be coming from the top of the tranny?
