Constant whisling noise...

I have a 2003 Range Rover and im hearing a whisling noise coming from the right dashboard (underneath). Has anyone else had this problem before...?

I am currently having this problem on my 99 Range Rover, mine is a very high pitched whistling sound. Let me know if you figure out what this noise is from!
