Rear brakes 2001 jetta

I guess I am getting to old to do this stuff How do you compress the calaiper piston on the rear brakes I have never done a calaiper with the intergrated parking brake

It needs to be pressed and twisted at the same time. veedub is right, before making a new thread it's best to run a search for the answer... save time and space.
