Arrow Starter

I bought a 1981 ford bronco for parts. I was wondering how the heck the starter is attached, what kind of bolts are they or whatever it is that is holding it against the fly wheel. Also will this starter be able to be used on my 1983?

Re: Starter

You should find that it bolts in with 9/16" hex bolts. (A starter is mounted on the Transmission, not really the flywheel.) You should be able to use it on the 83. (I'm kinda outta water on this one. 81-83 is a little out of my range, but from what I know electrics systems ran from 81-83.)
