Unhappy Water Damage

99 Sebring convert first it sound as if a 5-gallon bucket of water was in the trunk after a car wash or rain. Finally it flooded the floor of my car.
Please help. All advice welcome

are your drain holes clear if not the water will not drain right and will flood. If the drain holes are clear try putting someone in the trunk with a flashlight and run a garden hose aroung until they can see where the water is comeing from it could be a bad truck seal as well. good luck

My 2001 LXi sedan has a cronic trunk leak, I had it into the dearler twice to replace the trunk seal and the vents. It didn't fix the problem. finally my dad just poked holes in the bottom of the trunk to let it drain. Everything on the passenger side of the trunk is always wet still but at least the water isn't standing anymore.

I've got exactly the same issue with the same model car... Surely someone has fixed this... Sounds like a wave when you hit the gas or brake...
