96 Lumina Wont Start!

I have a 96 Lumina that won't start. I had a tune up a few months ago, and I always keep the oil changed and fluids full. Sometimes it has issues starting, after it starts it acts kind of sluggish and will sputter until I start moving. Sometimes in the mornings before work it has problems starting but will eventually fire up, and some mornings it starts the first time.
Well now it won't start at all. When I turn the key it everything sounds fine, no strange clicking noises, nothing like that, it sounds completely normal, but it won't fire up. I don't see any strange dash lights or anything, and my battery seems to be ok. I don't know $hit about cars, so I don't even know what to look for. I check my fuses, they all were ok. My key has those little contact things other threads mentioned, so I am trying the keypass thing now.

First thing someone has to check is spark at the plugs, then fuel pressure at the rail.

I agree with Max, we need to know if the no-start is fuel or spark related to help you any further.

Is there anything I can do to check that? I really don't know anything about vehicles. Is there any more information I can give to help with the details?

Realistically you will need on site help with this, even if we try and walk you thru the diagnostics, then what. Try and get some professional help with this.

Idle Air Control Valve, EGR Valve, thermostat, vacuum leaks, O2 sensor....check them all
