Power Locks

[Southern 4 runner]

My wife's 99 4 runner's power locks will not lock. Everything else including unlocking works. I have replaced the master lock switch and checked all the fuses. It still does not work? Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

Any resolution on this? My 99 4 Runner has the exact same problem. We've been to Toyota 3 times and they basically gave up.
Frustrated!!!!
