Women

My girlfreinds sister, overheated her 1999 2.2 so bad she toasted the water pump i changed the thermostat and it ran okay but you could hear bearing noise the next day she went out and over heated and again didnt stop at the end of the day she drove it back home about 2 hrs over haeted now it doesnt run do you think i should change the motor or try to to the heads ?

hey it was just a joke nd my comment doesnt even bash women iam just pissed cause now i have to rip the car apart and spend my spare time working on this car just cause she wouldnt listen when i told her if the water pump went and the car over heated just to stop and call someone so i would only have to spend half a day under the hood of that ccar

moving back on to topic, you made it sound like she overheated it numerous times????? if that is the case the motor is probably fucked,

and about the "women" comment, i think everyone (even guys) should have to take a general basic automotive care class to get your drivers liscense, nothing too technical, just something that teaches the importance of checking oil/coolant, maybe even teach how to change a tire.... just common sense shit like that
