I need to know who makes this gauge cluster for the new generation Cavaliers. Anybody?

Do a search for Intelliglow needles for the needles (google.com)...

Also... I'm not sure but, you might want to look into reverse indiglos for your car. I also believe that there is a way to change the cluster lighting...
