these fucking rent-a-cop bastards that they have in this little ghetto/hick ass town that I'm from known as Gordo Alabama (if you googled it it probably wouldn't come up) have recently acquired a drug "dog" well they came up to me at the local baseball park to search/harass me in my dad's 1991 ford taurus STATION WAGON (oh yeah I'm running drugs in this thing) anyways this bitch ass cop comes up in this paddy wagon type deal with this coyote looking critter talking about "where's the dope at boy" and he proceed's to put me in handcuffs and puts me in the back of the wagon and literally destoys the paintjob on this car (which might I add was less than 3 months old) he has the mutt on TOP of my dad's car and inside of it, the dog starts howling in the back seat and so the cop proceeds to not remove but RIP the back seat out of my dads car and fucks up the upholestry on the seat and then the dog PISSES in my dads wagon then the cop after about 15 minutes of fucking up the car comes back to me and lets me out of the truck and out of the handcuffs and tells me that he didn't find anything and so he's gonna let me go and after I see the car I ask him WTF happened to my dad's car and he told me the story as stated above and then he just walks off without answering ANY more of my questions and gets his mutt and leaves. I'm tired of this shit and if I'm not too hung over in the morning I'm going to my lawyer and I'm gonna try my best to get some sort of payment from this bastard ass cop or the city for damage to my dad's car. What do yall think. I was on my way to the damned GROCERY STORE and I get harassed for drugs and I haven't touched anything except alcohol since Dec. 18th. (regardless of my S/N)

I want EVERYONES thoughts/advice on this one. PLEASE don't hesitate to post anything in this thread.

I know the cops name and they only have one drug mutt and I'm about to head over to the local P.D. with reciepts of the paintjob and I'm taking the car too. I'll keep everyone updated.

Take it to the Sheriff, or local State Trooper Station. They have seniority over the local pigs.

Well I'm back from the local PD and they tried to tell me that it was MY fault for them destroying my dads car! WTF man this is by far the STUPIDEST shit I've ever heard of in a very long time and I've just got off of the phone with my lawyer and he tells me to follow Jet-Lee's advice and if they do nothing then we go to court. It really pisses me off because I was doing NOTHING wrong I was letting the car sit at the ball park to cool down because it has a messed up thermostatand then I get harassed by this pig, oh well I'll have his job or at least someones paycheck by the time all of this is done and over with. As of now I'm about to go to the sheriff's office where I'm disliked too and try filing a report on this sleezy scumbag of a pig.

as suggested above, go a level up. sherriff's dept. have seniority over local pd in small towns. if its a bigger town, go to the state troopers.

dude, take pics of the car (first and foremost). then file a small claims case. it's super easy. just go to the website of your state's court and download the appropriate forms (in CA u can file everything online). As long as you know the guys name, you are in the clear. good luck.
