01 service engine soon

I have a 2001 grand am and it is setting dead in the drive way. It runs fine but it sometime hesitates to start. Today, I got in the car and it turns over but will not fire up. When the key is in the on position and all other light go out, the oil light and the service engine soon are the only lights that stay on. I need help. Thanks. Also, about 6 month ago I had the BCM and ignition switch replaced.

You need to check for spark and fuel pressure, this is what is needed to start basic diagnostics.
