sorry guys what i meant was does anybody know where i could get wheels like that for my civic from I'm in the uk so i need to know if they do shipping too . ( I FEEL LIKE A RIGHT PLONKER ) SORRY ABOUT THAT BLANK POST.

First of all those wheels are/look like 20" wheels. Those alone would cost about $2000-3000 US dollars. Then tires for those wheels would be another $1000-2000 dollars.
