How do I load videos

How do I get the videos from my digi cam on to my computer? Its a sharp VL-Z3 camcorder if that helps. I tried to load the USB driver cd but it only gets to a little thing that says processing but it just never seems to finish.

diwnload the drivers off the internet then onece you get that u pug in your camarea and windows shoudl recongnize it then if have to you might havet to convert the file from a propiertary form to a standard Mpg,MPEG,divx,xvid,avi,wmv
