Haunted 98 GV SE

I have a 1998 Grand Voyager SE and my problem is my parking lights,dash lights ans tail lights come on and off while parked. When light switch is turned on they function properly. So my wife just pulls the parking light fuses when she's not driving so the battery doesn't get drained. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Possible problem with the headlight switch itself .
