I have this problem only when im taking off in first gear. Something is rattling somewhere under the hood and I cant find out what it is because the vehicle has the be taking off in 1st gear in order to hear it. So my question is, what could it possibly be? It doesnt make that rattling sound when im stopped, in neutral and rev it up. Only when I'm taking off, and only in first gear. Hopefully its not my tranny? That leads to my other problem... say for instance im driving and I have to let off the gas pedal to slow down a bit, but as I push down on the gas again to accellerate, my shifter and tranny shakes. What could that be?

Yeah I Would Think So Too, A Loose Mount. I Hear Of Alot A People Talking About The Mounts Being Replaced.

ya, i still have to replace my tranny mount on mine, i can't drive mine it is so bad, when i get on it you can here the tranny hit the firewall. When you replace it, get a polyurathaning mount, they are alot better.
