98 CRV err-03 on radio/CD player

Greetings folks,
Battery died recently with a disk in CD player. After jumping the battery, the radio displays the err-03 which means CD eject not functioning. Any experience with this out there? How to clear this error? How to remove CD disk or how to remove radio/CD player? Hoping I don't have to take to dealer.

This site is cool. Thanks for all your assistance.I have the same issue and actually have the code.
Here's what I did:
1) 1+6 and turn(pushed) the radion button
2) set of number came up 17125160
3) released 1+6
4) entered/pressed the 5 digit code
5) waited.......then the ERROR E code came back

I'm I missing something on the steps or is there something else with this ERROR E?

Appreciate any assistance.

SOON AFTER I POSTED THIS I FOUND MY ANSWER from another AF member. With the ERROR E message I needed to reset the radio by removing the BACK-UP fuse from under the hood for 10 secs....then back to step 1 above.....now it's unlocked......THANKS FOR ALL THE HELP!!!

Re: 98 CRV err-03 on radio/CD player

Here is another tip if you have to change the battery or disconnect it for maintenance. If you have not lost the radio power you can use one of those portable battery jumper boxes that has the plug that goes into the cigarette lighter or power outlet. This will keep your radio presets and not make you have to get the lock code. I just changed my battery this last weekend and it worked great.
