Water pump removal

How do I remove the last bolt on the water pump? Looks like I have to remove either the pulley on the power steering pump or remove the pump itself, and I can't figure out how to do either.

Loosen the bolts on the power steering pump and it will allow you to move the pump far enough out of the way to get the water pump off. You may need to remove the bolt next to the water pump but you don't need to remove it completely.

The part to me that was not immediately obvious was that you can access the power steering pump bolts through the holes in the power steering pump pulley. You can't really see this, but if you feel along the pulley you can find the hole and easily loosen these bolts.
