95 grand am 2.3 quad 4 motor surges need help

i have 1995 grand am the motor surges when idling. when it goes down the road i don't even have to hit the gas and goes up to 65 mph. i need help just replaced the throttle position sensor that didn't help.

i had this happen, with a ford? i changed the map sencor. good luck!!

I changed the map sensor. that didn't help. mostly it is idleing high. there is also water geting in the oil/air seperator. but i can't find a leak and i don't hear no vacum leak.
